Amazon joins PPC bandwagon

Looks like even Amazon is jumping on the Pay Per Click Band wagon now, see the news story over at Webpronews. For us PPC advertisers it can only be a good thing, more competition in the PPC market is sure to drive prices down. MSN is also due to release their own PPC engine in the summer. We are already on the beta program for it but we are seing very little traffic at the moment to our ads, so a full release still looks some way off.
On a similar note Google look like launching a contender to Paypal believe it or not! Reports say its going to be called GBuy. Again I think from an Internet marketing point of view this can only be a good thing. More opportunities to get our ads out there and more competition to drive down click prices. Bring it on………
