Some of the Ebooks and Tools I use for PPC Affiliate Marketing.

By ShowMeTheMoney | February 8, 2006

When I first started researching the whole PPC Affiliate Marketing business the amount of information available was a bit overwhelming. Every so called “guru” on the internet seems to have some sort of e-book or research tool that will “guarantee” success. A lot of them are frankly just crap. Believe me I own far too many keyword analyzers, ad generators and e-books for my own good.

I can only really recommend just a handful of e-books and tools I still use after six months of doing this stuff for real. For a lot of my keyword research I use Jeff Aldersons Adwords Analyzer. Its been invaluable since I first bought it. The latest version, 3.0, has just been released and its much improved. I am not going to give you a sales pitch on it, go to Jeffs page for that, but I still use the thing on a daily basis. You really cant effectively start a campaign with out it. Jeff has produced a range of tools over the last couple of years which are all worth a look.

The one e-book which I can recommend whole heartedly is Chris Carpenter’s Google Cash. To me its still the best e-book thats been written that gives you the nuts and bolts of how to go about promoting other peoples products as an affiliate using PPC. It gave me the confidence to start off my first campaigns on Google Adwords.

Mike Delrue’s Affiliate Moneytree is still an interesting read just for the list of affiliate resources. One of Mikes other products is actually one of my best converting campaigns on Google and Yahoo/Overture so he must be doing something right. And yes all the above links are my affiliate links, I practice what I preach :-)
