Sneaky Stealth Research

I do a lot of research when trying to find good affiliate products to promote. One of my favourites sites when I am in “sneaky, stealth research” 
mode is domain tools. There is one particular feature on the site that I havent come across anywhere else and I use extensively. You can find out what other domains are hosted on a particular server. Basically if you are interested in what else your competitors are promoting or developing then this can reveal some real gems. Do a search on a domain you already know about then check to see what other domains are hosted on the same server. This works well if someone is renting their own server in a data centre and hosting lots of their domains on this one machine. (It doesnt work well if the domain you are investigating is on a shared server / ip address where there can be hundreds of domains on one server). I have used this technique on servers owned by the gurus and found lots of interesting ideas and products to promote. Alls fair in love and war and all that……….
