2007 Predictions? Not me…
By ShowMeTheMoney | December 28, 2006
No I am not making any affiliate marketing predictions for 2007! Much too risky a business
The best I can do is point to the excitement building up around so called Web 2.0 applications. Yep, as always, a lot of it is hype but some of these as yet unknown applications and sites will probably be as big as MySpace and YouTube in 18 months time. Others will vanish like your Christmas turkey, never to be seen again. 2007 will be a year when all internet marketers need to keep on top of new developments on the internet like never before. Things happen so fast that to spot the opportunities as they arise is getting harder and harder. However with the release of internet explorer 7.0 and the latest Firefox browser, both of which incorporate RSS feed readers, its easy to keep an eye on whats happening across multiple sites and markets. I am subscribed to RSS feeds from most of the top internet marketers and I spend 10 minutes a day checking what sites have been updated. It means you have an overview of whats happening day by day without spending hours browsing each site. If you still havent twigged how useful RSS is then believe me 2007 is the time to start using it in anger.
